In these tough economic times, we realize that the cost of HOA dues can sometimes sneak up on you. Knowing this, we will allow homeowners to set up a payment plan over a range of three months, allowing the dues to be broken into smaller, more manageable payments. Many companies would take this opportunity to attach fees and interest, but we believe that if a homeowner is willing to work with us, then we will work with them. However, if an account become past-due after these months are up, we will protect the HOA by setting a lien against any problem accounts that are three months past due.
